Experience with or a keen interest in AI tools and automated workflows is highly desirable, as you will have the opportunity to support our shift towards an AI-empowered operating model.

Key Responsibilities

Key Experience

  • Proven Project Management Experience leading complex, end-to-end transformation projects, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environment.

  • Immediate Impact: Ability to step into an active transformation environment and deliver structured outcomes quickly.
  • Certifications: Recognised Project Management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, CSM) or Change Management accreditations are highly desirable.

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Skilled at navigating complex matrix environments, managing expectations, and resolving friction diplomatically.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable managing ambiguity in an organisation undergoing significant evolution.
  • Commercial Mindset: Ability to map technical outputs directly to business value, efficiency gains, and bottom-line impact.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
