Job Description

Join Colliers' Healthcare & Retirement Living team and play a key role in supporting major property transactions across one of Australia's fastest-growing sectors. You'll work on financial modelling, market research, due diligence and client-facing submissions while partnering with industry-leading professionals across the business. 

Key Responsibilities

• Build financial and cash flow models to support acquisitions and transactions
• Conduct market research, due diligence and sector analysis
• Prepare client submissions, pitches and information memorandums
• Manage and interpret key property and market data
• Support transaction campaigns from start to finish
• Collaborate with teams across Australia on national initiatives

Qualifications

About you

• Relevant degree in Property, Finance, Economics or similar
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Advanced Excel capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Property industry experience highly regarded
