Job Description:

Lillibridge Healthcare Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ventas, delivering property management and leasing excellence with an outstanding record of tenant satisfaction. Lillibridge manages more than 22 million square feet of outpatient medical space across 36 states, providing prime medical office spaces to health systems and physicians seeking to expand their reach and deliver value to their communities.

About the Role

The Senior Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, tenant relationship and vendor relationship management of a complex and significant medical office building portfolio.  Key areas of responsibility include tenant relations, property operations, construction, lease and contract administration and financial management and analysis.  The Senior Property Manager provides leadership in their respective market and is responsible for knowing the overall market conditions and developing associated business plans.  Conduct all property activities in coordination with General Manager/Regional Manager.


This role plays a key part in maintaining the reliability and performance of our buildings, creating safe, functional environments for tenants, clients, and patients.  Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Qualifications

  • Preferred associate degree; required High School Diploma
  • Strong customer service skills to promote positive client/tenants relations
  • 5+ years commercial property management experience
  • Real estate salesperson license required.  Broker’s license a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Yardi, MRI or other relevant software programs are a plus
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in financial statement preparation, budget preparation financial acumen
  • Experience abstracting lease and understanding lease language
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to work independently in a highly visible position and to supervise efforts of direct reports
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong organization skills and ability to foster teamwork
  • Strong knowledge of building mechanical systems and construction management required
  • Must be located in the Charleston, SC  area

The estimated base salary range for this position is $90k – $110k per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the base salary Ventas reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting. Actual base pay will be determined based on work location, skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and business needs.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and other wellness benefits under applicable plan terms.
