- Serve as a strategic talent advisor, managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across business units.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems, with Workday knowledge preferred
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint for metrics and presentations
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to drive insights and decision-making
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required. Additional language skills beneficial
- Proven track record of building relationships and influencing through collaboration
- Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruiting insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
