About the Role:

• Handle telephone calls, to be professional and patient with the callers
• Be attentive to resident’s needs and display a courteous and respectful manner when dealing with them.
• Key feedback into IEMS and route to property officers and term contractors to follow-up on the same day. 
• Retrieve voice mail and Call-back service to residents to ensure completeness of the feedback
• Update resident on-line requests for bulky item removal into IEMS and forward them to the conservancy or to the appropriate tradesperson for further action.
• Routed MSO cases to the relevant agency      

You are:

• Minimally 1 year of experience in call center
• Able to work in fast-pace environment
• Able to communicate well and multi-task
