Job Description

As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of a successful restaurant operation, leading an established team while maintaining exceptional standards across service, people, commercial performance and guest experience.

The breadth of the group provides significant variety and exposure, with opportunities to develop across different restaurant styles, service models and operational environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing front-of-house team

• Drive exceptional guest experiences and consistent service standards

• Manage restaurant performance, labour, costs and operational efficiencies

• Recruit, coach and develop future hospitality leaders

• Work closely with senior operational and culinary leadership to continually improve venue performance

Candidate Profile

This opportunity will suit an experienced Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager who enjoys leading sizeable teams and wants to continue developing within a progressive hospitality organisation.

You will bring strong operational capability, commercial awareness and a genuine passion for people leadership. Importantly, you will be motivated by the opportunity to build a career within a group that can offer significant variety and multiple pathways for progression.

You will ideally demonstrate:

• Senior restaurant management experience within quality, premium or high-volume hospitality environments

• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and develop teams

• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and commercial performance

• Ambition to continue learning, developing and progressing into broader leadership roles
