  • Support and execute product verification and validation activities, including test station setup, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

  • Maintain the readiness of R&D laboratory environments, including test equipment, infrastructure, setup, teardown, organization, and preventive maintenance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional responsibilities to support business needs.
  • Contribute to general R&D site support

  • Experience with component rework and soldering techniques.
  • Ability to read basic analog & RF schematics, including understanding of analog circuit elements such as op amps, power supplies, and filters.
  • Ability to read and understand technical specifications, test procedures, and engineering documentation in English.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
  • Familiarity with schematic entry tools such as Mentor Graphics.

  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, with an interest in expanding these responsibilities.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., LabVIEW, Python) for test automation and hardware validation.
  • Experience with RF test equipment and RF circuit characterization, including spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and signal generators.
  • Experience collaborating with international engineering and manufacturing teams

You will join our Product R&D team as a Senior RF Engineering Technician. In this role, you will enjoy the opportunity to participate in multiple aspects of the product development cycle, including prototyping, development, testing, and manufacturing production. Engineering Technicians within our organization play a critical role in bringing new RF products, like the market leading USRP, to life and are key contributors to the success of our development teams. Through your work, you will have opportunities to expand your technical expertise and contribute to initiatives that support your professional development. 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
