Are you an experienced scheduler who thrives on solving complex rostering challenges while making a genuine difference in people's lives?

As a leading provider of aged care and community services, we're looking for a Senior Scheduler to join our Home Care team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality care from the right people at the right time.

About the Role

As a Senior Scheduler, you'll be responsible for developing and managing forecasted rosters across our Home Care southwestern services, balancing client needs, workforce availability, continuity of care, and operational efficiency. You'll act as a key point of contact for clients requiring schedule adjustments and work closely with Care Team Leaders to support workforce planning and service growth

This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work 3 days in the Penrith office and 2 days from home following your training period.

Key Responsibilities

  • You are a highly organised and analytical scheduling professional who can confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
