ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who treats quality engineering as a software engineering discipline.
This role is for a deeply technical engineer who intentionally applies strong development skills to product quality, reliability, and delivery confidence. You will own quality engineering for complex features and product areas: shaping test strategy, building durable automation, validating integrations and real user workflows, and improving the speed and trustworthiness of delivery feedback.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished engineer who has intentionally chosen quality engineering because they care about reliability, customer experience, and preventing failures—not merely detecting them. They write clean, maintainable production-quality code; understand how modern systems fail; and use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully to improve test design, implementation, debugging, and analysis. They also understand that AI does not replace test strategy, domain reasoning, independent validation, or engineering accountability.
This is a hands-on quality engineering role: automation and test-platform engineering are core to how we scale quality, but you will also personally perform functional and exploratory testing when needed to understand the product, validate risk, and support release decisions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an in-office position located in Trivandrum, requiring attendance 4+ days per week. By submitting your application, you confirm that you are either presently located in Trivandrum or prepared to relocate. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.
