Role Overview 

As a Fullstack Developer at Qvantel, you’ll work across backend and frontend layers to build reliable, scalable features used by global customers. You’ll own features end-to-end, from APIs and data models to clean, usable user interfaces. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications 

  • Build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot 

  • Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend applications 

  • Build and consume RESTful APIs 

  • Work with databases to design schemas and optimize queries 

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and QA 

  • Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions 

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues 

  • Continuously improve performance, security, and code quality 

 

Required Skills & Experience 

Backend 

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java (8+) 

  • Experience with Spring / Spring Boot and microservices 

  • Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and design principles 

  • Experience with REST APIs and backend integration 

  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) 

Frontend 

  • Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript 

  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular 

  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design 

  • Ability to work with API-driven UI architectures 

General 

  • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows 

  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development practices 

  • Ability to understand complex systems and work independently 

Good to Have 

  • Experience with Hibernate / JPA 

  • Exposure to Kafka, messaging, or event-driven systems 

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms 

  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines 

  • Telecom domain exposure (nice to have, not mandatory)
