What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks using C#, Selenium, Appium, Playwright, BrowserStack or similar tools
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
- Develop reusable automation utilities, libraries, and test data management solutions
- Utilize AI-powered tools and capabilities to improve automation efficiency, including AI-assisted test case generation, intelligent test execution and prioritization, automated defect analysis and reporting, test data generation and optimization, and AI-assisted root cause identification
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex automation and application issues
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, release validation, and quality assurance strategy discussions
- Ensure automation best practices, coding standards, and test governance are followed
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for test coverage and release efficiency
- Prepare and maintain automation reports, dashboards, and documentation
- Validate audio/video, screen sharing, participant management, reconnection, and network-related scenarios.
