Senior Solutions Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Analyst to join our Cloud team in Jerusalem, Israel. The role focuses on translating business needs into scalable solutions, driving continuous improvement, and supporting a globally distributed environment that operates around the clock. About You

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solutions Analysis, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements for medium-to-large-scale initiatives.

• Experience working with alert monitoring, ticket management, or operational support environments.

• Experience translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience creating functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and other Agile delivery artifacts.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, UX, Architecture, and Operations.

It Would Be Great If You Also Had...

• Experience working with enterprise integration platforms or complex system ecosystems.

• Familiarity with incident management, problem management, and service operations processes.

• Experience supporting globally distributed teams and 24/7 business-critical environments.

• Knowledge of data modeling and solution design methodologies.

• Experience mentoring junior analysts or contributing to analyst communities of practice.

What Will You Be Doing in This Role?

• Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.

• Lead requirements discussions and collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, UX professionals, Architects, and Delivery Managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Analyze business processes, systems, and operational data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

• Create and maintain detailed Agile documentation, including functional and non-functional specifications, workflows, acceptance criteria, system flows, and data models.

• Support solution validation, testing, defect troubleshooting and resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring junior team members.

The Cloud team plays a critical role in ensuring seamless connectivity and operational excellence across key business systems. The team works closely with Product Management, Support, Incident Management, Problem Management, and enterprise stakeholders to identify needs, drive integration initiatives, and resolve complex business challenges. This role offers significant exposure across multiple functions and the opportunity to influence solutions that support internal customers globally.

Hours of Work

• Full-time, permanent position.

• Hybrid work model based in Jerusalem.

• Standard local business hours, with collaboration across global teams and occasional flexibility to support a 24/7 operational environment.
