- Create and deploy repeatable, interpretable, dynamic and scalable models that are seamlessly incorporated into analytic data products, through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining techniques
- Advocate and educate on the value of data driven decision making
- Prepare data from different data sets for building predictive models and to communicate the results.
- Develop AI and Machine learning solutions to optimize business performance

- Familiar with RAG frameworks, understand latest RAG techniques like Graph RAG, Agentic RAG, Cache Augmented Generation etc.
- Deep understanding on AI Agent architecture, able to design and develop MCP based AI Agent system.
- Proficiency in deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or pytorch.
- Strong programming skills in python, with experience in software development best practices.
- Experience with Cloud platform (Azure or Ali cloud) and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to rackling complex challenges, able to quickly leverage
