We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Asset Transfers to join our Wealth Services Operations Transfers Team. This role is located in Manchester.

BNY’s Wealth Services platform is a dynamic ecosystem that leverages advanced data analytics, intuitive digital tools, and seamless third-party integrations to streamline operations and empower advisors to deliver personalized, world-class wealth experiences at unprecedented scale.

Job title in the contract: Senior Specialist, Client Processing 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Analyse reconciliation break trends to identify learning opportunities and support process enhancement
• Serve as a management deputy in overseeing adherence to Reconciliation Key Risk Indicators and client-specific reporting requirements
• Maintain awareness of regulatory obligations and provide oversight of compliance with entity-level requirements
• Build an effective partnership with the Training Liaison to strengthen operational learning and development
• Drive meaningful improvement across Operations through ongoing process assessment, identification of enhancement opportunities, systemic change, and development of digital or AI-enabled solutions
• Operate as a senior business analyst, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Digital Intelligence to deliver change within the Platform Operating Model

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Excel skills such as pivots, lookups and data analysis of multiple/large data sets
• Awareness of digital tooling and AI capabilities
• Experience with reconciliation platforms (e.g. TLM, Intellimatch, Autorek, or equivalent)
• Wealth Product knowledge: Wealth Management, Wealth Services and Transfers of ISAs and other EMEA investment wrappers
• Strong critical thinking, with the ability to assess information, identify issues, and apply sound judgement
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey information clearly and engage effectively with stakeholders
