Senior Specialist, Content Design

Overview
We are looking for a Content Designer who’s interested in applying their expertise to new payments products. The ideal candidate has experience in content strategy and UX writing, drives effective decision making, thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, and seeks to learn and grow. The position is based in Toronto.

Role
You’ll join a Content Design team within the Customer Experience and Design team, part of Mastercard’s Foundry, an interdisciplinary group driving innovation and design thinking forward within the company. We work on B2B2C products that power Mastercard’s ability to deliver differentiated solutions for our customers and theirs.

In close collaboration with product experience and visual designers, researchers, strategists and product managers, your job is to help ensure that our products are customer-centric. You’ll focus on when, where and how information is presented in the product experience so it makes sense to the user and tells a cohesive, compelling story.

In this role you'll:
