What you'll do
- Lead or coordinate onboarding, due diligence, periodic reviews, risk assessments, control reviews, issue remediation, renewals, and exit planning.
- Interpret third-party risk requirements, clarify ownership, coordinate control functions, and maintain auditable records of decisions, approvals, evidence, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate contract amendments, security schedules, statements of work, fee schedules, renewals, onboarding activities, and execution workflows.
- Provide structured vendor oversight through service reviews, KPI and issue tracking, incident follow-up, business continuity inputs, and escalation coordination.
- Support RFPs, provider evaluations, commercial analyses, negotiation workstreams, new products, fund launches, and operating-model changes.
- Develop governance tools, responsibility matrices, service inventories, control documentation, trackers, and management reporting.
- Act as a senior resource for complex Vendor Management matters and support procedures, process maps, training materials, cross-training, and knowledge transfer.

MIM Asia Vendor Management provides regional governance and oversight across the third-party lifecycle for asset and wealth management operations in Asia.
