Senior Specialist, Product Operations

The Mastercard Cross-Border Services Global Product Operations team is responsible for supporting Mastercard's global money movement solutions, enabling funds to be sent securely to bank accounts, mobile wallets, and cash-out locations around the world. As part of Mastercard Move, the team plays a critical role in ensuring new payment corridors, receiving partners, and product capabilities are successfully launched and operate seamlessly.

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to support the successful launch and operation of Cross-Border Services products. This role combines product operations, transaction analysis, testing, and process improvement to ensure a high-quality experience for both internal stakeholders and customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about payments, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and professional with excellent communication skills.

This position offers the opportunity to work with global product, technology, operations, and support teams while contributing to the continued growth and evolution of Mastercard's cross-border money movement business

Role:
