- Professional qualifications in: BREEAM Assessor / AP, HPI Assessor
- Experience supporting the implementation of sustainability strategies across large-scale or complex projects.

About the Job
At Ethos, we’re leading the way in sustainable building services. As part of our continued commitment to innovation and environmental stewardship, we're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll take the lead on environmental certifications, with a particular focus on LEED AP, playing a key part in shaping sustainability strategies across a diverse range of projects including commercial, residential, and data centres. You'll collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver robust and forward-thinking solutions that align with sustainability best practices and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities:

About You
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years' experience as a sustainability consultant or in a related role.
A degree in sustainability, construction, environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline.
LEED AP (with Speciality) qualification.
Proven experience delivering third-party certification schemes (e.g. LEED, BREEAM, HPI).
Professional qualifications in:
BREEAM Assessor / AP
HPI Assessor
Experience supporting the implementation of sustainability strategies across large-scale or complex projects.
Previous experience mentoring or line-managing junior sustainability professionals.
Technical Skills
Strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering measurable change in the built environment.
Strong working knowledge of environmental assessments such as LEED, BREEAM, HPI, and EU Taxonomy.
Practical experience conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).
Familiarity with net-zero carbon, operational and embodied carbon strategies.
Soft Skills
Skilled at working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary environments.
Confident in managing your own workload and supporting junior consultants.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable engaging with clients and project teams at all stages.
