We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a role for someone who wants to hire end-to-end for the most complex, business-critical positions we open — Product, Marketing, Senior, Head, and C-level, and to run it autonomously, from kickoff to a signed offer. You'll join a global IT product company with millions of users across Tier-1 and emerging markets, where recruiting is treated as a strategic function rather than a pipeline to fill: your read on the market shapes the profile, your data shapes the strategy, and your judgment carries real weight in the final call.
