What you'll do

  • Design and lead comprehensive U.S. and international tax planning strategies to High-net worth individuals and business structures.
  • Lead cross-border reorganizations analyses and permanent establishment assessments.

  • Own a portfolio of senior client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for tax matters throughout the fiscal year.
  • Deliver clear, actionable advice on complex tax issues to C-suite executives, founders, and general counsel.
  • Lead or co-lead client presentations, strategy sessions, and annual tax planning meetings.

  • Proficiency with tax research tools: Bloomberg Tax or CCH
  • French fluency is required given our international client base

As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Tax Advisory & Planning Support

  • Design and lead comprehensive U.S. and international tax planning strategies to High-net worth individuals and business structures.

  • Advise tax strategies for wealth transfer, estate planning, and cross-jurisdictional compliance.

Compliance Oversight

  • Review and sign off on federal and state income tax returns, and international filings (5471, 5472, 8858, 8865).
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments (IRS, Treasury Reg.) and translate their impact for clients in practical terms.

Team Leadership & Thought Leadership

  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, technical memos, and client-facing educational content.

Business Support

  • Drive business development through proposals, speaking engagements, and thought leadership content; collaborate with senior partners on strategic client initiatives.

Requirements

If you have:
