Gestalte moderne Microsoft-Lösungen - von Power Platform bis Copilot Studio & Agentic AI.

Bei NTT DATA übernimmst Du eine technische Rolle im Professional Services Umfeld mit klarem Fokus auf Microsoft Power Platform und Copilot Studio.

Gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen, IT-Teams und Engineering entwickelst Du Lösungen von der Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz. Im Fokus stehen Consulting, Solution Design und technische Verantwortung.

🧠 Deine Rolle & Dein Impact

• Beratung in anspruchsvollen Projekten mit Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse und Copilot Studio
• Analyse und Strukturierung komplexer Anforderungen sowie Übersetzung in tragfähige Lösungskonzepte und Zielarchitekturen
• Konzeption von Copilot- und Agenten-Szenarien für reale Unternehmensprozesse
• Gestaltung von Integrationen zwischen Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Services und bestehenden Unternehmenssystemen
• Je nach Erfahrung Mitwirkung bis eigenständige Verantwortung für Solution Design, ALM, Qualität und Skalierbarkeit
• Bewertung von Lösungsansätzen mit Blick auf Security, Governance und produktiven Betrieb
• Mitwirkung in bzw. Leitung von technischen Workshops und fachlicher Austausch im Projektteam
• Je nach Projekt wirst Du Prototypen und/oder Lösungsteile auch selbst umsetzen.

✅ Das bringst Du mit

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Projekten mit Verantwortung in Delivery oder Solution Design, idealerweise im Consulting-, Professional-Services- oder kundennahen Engineering-Umfeld
• Fundierte Erfahrung mit Microsoft Power Platform, insbesondere Power Automate, Dataverse und Integrationen sowie gute Praxis mit Power Apps
• Erfahrung darin, Anforderungen zu strukturieren und in belastbare Lösungs- und Architekturkonzepte zu überführen
• Gutes Verständnis von APIs, Konnektoren, Datenzugriffen und Enterprise-Integrationen
• Praxis mit ALM, Governance und sicherer Skalierung produktiver Power-Platform-Lösungen
• Praktische Kenntnisse in Microsoft Copilot Studio - aus Projekten, eigenen Prototypen, Labs oder vergleichbarer technischer Vertiefung
• Belastbares Verständnis von Agenten-Design, Actions, Datenzugriffen, Integrationen und Security über reine Einstiegstutorials hinaus
• Sicheres Auftreten in externen Projekt- und Workshop-Situationen sowie Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für technische Entscheidungen zu übernehmen
• Technisches Verständnis aktueller Agentic-AI-Themen und Interesse, Kenntnisse in Agent Governance, Multi-Agent-Szenarien, MCP und Azure AI weiter auszubauen
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft
