What you'll do
- Orchestrate strategies for infrastructure provisioning and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with the use of tools and technologies to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide support and institute governance across all tribes and squads on the standardization, automation of frameworks, scripts used in the development and testing of the development infrastructure.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of DevSecOps risks and issues across tribes and squads
- Work closely with Architecture team in developing strategies to create and improve Engineering standards and processes including implementation of relevant or emerging DevSecOps toolsets and technologies.
- Direct and support design and improvements on the development environment
- Responsible for the professional development of DevSecOps squad by developing learning pathways on CI/CD management
- Compliance: Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs, and instruction are carried out. Be familiar and understand Pru Life UK Compliance Standards. Must be fully aware of his/her responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards. Must report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer. Must operate a process within his/her department to ensure that all relevant compliance matters are identified and reported.

Conversant on programming languages such as Python, Java, etc.
Experience in agile software development environment is an advantage
