We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team in the commercial real estate industry. Key job responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Define program goals and scope aligned with business and technical objectives.
- Lead cross-functional programs involving engineering, product, design, operations, security, and other teams.
- Develop program plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks before they impact delivery.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, issues, and decisions.
- Track program health using metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Resolve blockers by escalating issues, negotiating priorities, and coordinating solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular status updates and setting realistic delivery commitments.
- Balance competing priorities across multiple initiatives while aligning with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate product launches and readiness activities, including documentation, training, and support plans.


About the team
GOEST develops and manages software tools to centralize data about Amazon operation buildings. Since inception, these tools have grown to encompass Amazon's worldwide operations (outside physical stores): we now cover thousands of active new launches, retrofit, and lease-related projects. We create global standards for managing data related to these capital projects.

Basic Qualifications

- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

- 8+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
