About our team:

Radiant is at the forefront of AI infrastructure, revolutionising the connection between software and hardware for the AI era. Our mission is to empower AI teams with scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions that support seamless model training, deployment, and scaling.

Join a team operating some of the world’s most advanced high-performance computing infrastructure. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will support cutting-edge GPU and CPU platforms — including the latest NVIDIA architectures — powering dense, large-scale compute environments used for AI, machine learning, and next-generation workloads.

This is an opportunity to build expertise at the forefront of modern infrastructure, where reliability, scale, and performance matter every day. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers across a globally distributed organisation that values openness, inclusion, technical excellence, and continuous learning.

We move quickly, solve meaningful challenges, and give people the space to make an impact. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with advanced technology, and want to help shape the future of high-performance compute, you’ll find both challenge and opportunity here.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Technical Writer, you will own and improve the technical documentation experience across Radiant’s platform, helping developers, customers, and internal teams understand, adopt, and operate our products effectively.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, SRE, Support, and Solutions teams to turn complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, practical documentation across APIs, infrastructure, platform services, integrations, and operational workflows.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable getting close to the technology, testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve Radiant’s developer and product documentation, including guides, tutorials, API documentation, reference material, troubleshooting guides, and operational content.

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure documentation is included as part of the product development and release process.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible content for different technical audiences.

  • Create and maintain getting-started guides, how-to content, examples, architecture explanations, and best-practice documentation.

  • Test documented workflows directly to ensure content is accurate, complete, and usable.

  • Improve the structure, navigation, discoverability, and consistency of Radiant’s documentation.

  • Partner with Support and Solutions teams to identify common customer issues and turn them into better documentation and self-service content.

  • Establish documentation standards, templates, style guidelines, and processes that help engineering teams contribute effectively.

  • Track documentation quality and usage, using feedback and product data to continuously improve the experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience writing documentation for technical products, cloud platforms, developer tools, infrastructure, APIs, or SaaS products.

  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to understand concepts across:

    • Cloud & infrastructure: Kubernetes, containers, networking, compute, storage

    • APIs & integrations: REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, SDKs

    • Developer workflows: CLI tools, Git, CI/CD, configuration and automation

  • Experience with docs-as-code workflows, Markdown, Git, and documentation tooling such as Docusaurus, MkDocs, GitBook, ReadMe, or similar.

  • Able to work directly with engineers and subject matter experts to extract the information needed without relying on fully formed source material.

  • Excellent written communication, editing, information architecture, and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where products and documentation evolve quickly.

What you bring:

  • Systems thinking: Understand how infrastructure, services, data, and operational workflows fit together.

  • Product thinking: Treat internal teams as customers and focus on measurable outcomes.

  • Technical fluency: Able to work credibly across APIs, integrations, infrastructure, data, and architecture.

  • Prioritisation: Balance operational pain, strategic value, technical complexity, and business impact.

  • Ownership: Drive ambiguous problems from discovery and definition through to adoption and iteration.

Our values:

  • Set the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up

  • Inspire the change: There’s no blueprint for the future. You’ll embrace challenges and change

  • You’re real and you’re true to yourself: We cherish and celebrate diversity so you’ll feel right at home whoever you are and whoever you’re talking to, you treat everyone the same.
