- Hands-on programming experience with at least one language such as Python, C#, or LabVIEW for test software and automation development.
- Experience with test fixture design and automated test system integration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good written and verbal English skills, with the ability to understand technical documentation in English.
