What will you bring?

We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical and confident working with detail. You’ll enjoy solving problems, improving processes and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

You’ll also be able to take complex information and explain it clearly, helping others understand key insights and make well-informed decisions. You will bring:

  • Around 3–5 years’ relevant experience in financial services, or a strong understanding of the banking regulatory environment.

  • An understanding of bank balance sheets, banking products and the broader financial services industry.

  • Confidence working with large, complex data sets and turning detail into useful insights.

  • Strong Excel capability, with SQL experience highly advantageous.

  • A proactive mindset, with the confidence to identify issues, suggest improvements and look for better ways of working.

  • Experience with Treasury FTP or ALM systems would be a bonus.

  • A tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Legal or Information Systems would be desirable.

Why is this a great opportunity?
