What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobDiva, and ATS systems.
- Handle C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring, along with knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various IT roles (Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, Data Engineering, etc.).
- Negotiate rates, terms, and employment conditions with candidates and vendors.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality hires.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws and company policies.

We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles in the US market.
