Job Summary
As a Senior Windchill Developer, you will play a critical role in the development and enhancement of solutions within the Windchill environment. This position emphasizes delivering high-quality code and support in alignment with project timelines and client requirements. You will leverage your technical expertise in Windchill to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and provide essential guidance to junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain Existing Features And Troubleshoot Bugs In Windchill Applications, Applying Best Practices To Resolve Ad-Hoc Requests And Support Enhancements Based On Client And Functional Team Needs.
2. Provide Comprehensive Client Support By Presenting Data And Information, Resolving Tickets, And Monitoring Client Requirements, Ensuring Timely Delivery And Adherence To Defined Quality Standards.
3. Create And Enhance Documentation Related To Cmmi And Client Requirements, Ensuring Compliance And Facilitating Effective Communication Within The Team.
4. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers, Fostering Skill Development And Adherence To Coding Standards Within The Windchill Platform.
5. Collaborate With Customers And Internal Teams To Gather And Analyze Requirements For New Development Initiatives, Ensuring Alignment With Business Objectives And Technical Feasibility.
