This role is an opportunity to establish yourself as a strategic resource within our business, leading the Winning Work approach for major and strategic opportunities, and advising and coaching bid teams across the entire bid process i.e. from capture planning, proposal development, oral presentations, to the client debrief.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide end-to-end bid / proposal management across all the markets we serve to achieve on-time, high-quality and compliant proposal submissions.
  • Collaborate confidently with bid teams to ensure key deliverables are met including coordinating and leading key meetings, such as bid kick-off, status calls and reviews.
  • Produce bid-specific responses that are tailored, client-focused, and differentiated in a competitive environment.

What you’ll bring

We focus on building valued relationships with our clients, and our Winning Work process recognises that. In addition to a strong focus on our external clients, we are also looking for:

  • Strong bid, proposal or pursuit experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a time-critical environment
  • Excellent technical, persuasive writing, editing and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail

  • A proactive, curious approach and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Experience in a professional consultancy and APMP accreditation will be highly regarded, but are not essential
