What you'll do
- Own SEO planning and execution for assigned client accounts.
- Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis, competitor analysis, keyword-gap and content-gap analysis.
- Perform detailed Technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexability, site architecture, internal linking, canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, schema, Core Web Vitals and JavaScript SEO basics.
- Manage On-page SEO, Content SEO, Local SEO and International SEO requirements.
- Review website and blog content from an SEO perspective and provide recommendations covering search intent, topical depth, internal linking, content structure and E-E-A-T.
- Identify content refresh, consolidation, new-page and topical-authority opportunities.
- Work with Content and Development teams to implement SEO recommendations and validate fixes after deployment.
- Analyse SEO performance through Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush and Looker Studio, identify root causes behind changes and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement AEO/GEO strategies for Google AI Overviews, AI-led search and emerging answer-engine experiences.
- Use AI and SEO automation for keyword clustering, competitor research, content analysis, reporting, monitoring and repetitive SEO workflows.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, visibility, CTR, landing-page performance, leads and conversions.
- Prepare insight-led reports and participate in client discussions, clearly explaining what changed, why it changed and what should happen next.

- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO and Content SEO.
- Hands-on experience with AEO and GEO.
- Strong working knowledge of Local SEO and International SEO.
- Strong competitor and SERP analysis capability.
- Experience reviewing content and providing SEO, search-intent and E-E-A-T recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and SEMrush.
- Ability to create and interpret SEO dashboards using Looker Studio.
- Experience using AI tools and SEO automation to improve SEO workflows.
- Understanding of structured data/schema and Core Web Vitals.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript SEO.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
