Designation - SEO Executive

Location - Gurgaon, Haryana
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated SEO Executive to support and execute our organic search strategy. This role requires a working knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles to help improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in driving organic traffic and keyword rankings while supporting technical SEO, content optimization, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in executing data-driven SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and leads.
• Support Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) efforts to help capture featured snippets, voice search, and zero-click results.
• Support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to improve brand visibility in AI-generated search responses.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Optimize on-page elements including content structure, metadata, internal linking, headings, and basic schema markup.
• Perform routine technical SEO checks (crawlability, indexation, redirects, canonical tags) and monitor Core Web Vitals/page speed.
• Coordinate with developers/content teams to implement structured data (FAQ, Article, Product, HowTo schema).
• Support link-building activities under the guidance of senior SEO team members.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and conversion performance; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 1–3 years of SEO experience with demonstrable on-page and off-page contributions
• Working knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building
• Basic understanding of AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search optimization concepts
• Solid grasp of keyword research, search intent, and SERP analysis
• Analytics proficiency: GA4 and Google Search Console
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset with good communication and collaboration skills
