SEO Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated SEO Operations Specialist based in India to help manage and scale SEO operations across a very large network of websites.

This role is heavily execution focused. The ideal candidate should understand SEO fundamentals, be comfortable handling repetitive large scale tasks, and know how to use AI tools to improve efficiency and output.

The candidate does not need experience managing tens of thousands of websites directly, but they must have real SEO experience and be capable of learning fast and working at scale.

Experience: 3-6 years
Location: Mohali
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:30 PM-4:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

•  Create, organize, and manage large amounts of SEO pages and websites

•  Submit websites and pages for Google indexing

•  Manage SEO setup across multiple domains and landing pages

•  Optimize metadata, internal linking, page structure, and local SEO setup

•  Monitor indexing issues and SEO performance using SEO tools

•  Work with AI tools to assist with content generation and SEO scaling

•  Handle bulk SEO operational tasks efficiently and accurately

•  Follow company systems, SOPs, and workflows carefully

•  Coordinate with the marketing and development teams when needed

Requirements

•  Basic to intermediate SEO experience required

•  Familiarity with Google Search Console and SEO tools

•  Understanding of on page SEO fundamentals

•  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

•  Comfortable handling repetitive and high volume work

•  Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or SEO automation platforms

•  Experience with local SEO

•  Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms

•  Experience creating large numbers of SEO pages

•  Familiarity with programmatic SEO or AI assisted SEO workflows

•  Experience working with home service industries is a plus
