We are looking for a Service Associate – French to join our Client Experience team in Chennai. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial services, fund administration, data operations, client servicing, regulatory documentation or data management, and who is comfortable working in French and English.
As a Service Associate, you will be a key point of contact for clients, supporting their data workflows, regulatory documentation and operational processes. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure data and documents are processed accurately, efficiently and within agreed SLAs. The role combines client communication, data management, document processing and financial services operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to create, process and publish regulatory and investment-related documents.
- Manage documents through online filing systems and email, ensuring they are submitted to the appropriate recipients.
- Prepare and distribute regulatory reports and client communications.
- Support clients by providing visibility and information relating to data available within our data warehouse.
- Perform manual and automated data entry, ensuring high levels of accuracy and data quality.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders through email, MS Teams, video calls and chat.
- Manage your own workload and priorities to ensure tasks are completed within agreed SLAs and deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, data processes and client workflows.
- Follow company information security, data protection and compliance requirements.
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in a relevant area such as financial services, fund administration, investment operations, data operations, client servicing, regulatory reporting or data management.
- French language proficiency – ability to read and write in French is essential.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of mutual funds, investment funds, asset management or financial services.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Experience with data validation, document processing or data management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and consistently meet SLAs and deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
