Job Description

Responsibilities: Ensure delivery meets customer expectations, SLA requirements, and customer satisfaction, with a focus on noise-free operations. Assess actual performance against goals, taking corrective actions as necessary to keep the team on track. Identify opportunities to drive value beyond SLAs and contractual terms, driving value share and transformation initiatives. Ensure timely resolution of customer and intensified issues, including root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Mentor, guide, and empower the team to meet targets and key people metrics. Focus on talent building for future growth through effective hiring, resource planning, and utilization. Build strong relationships with internal business partners and customers to drive business growth and cross-sell opportunities. Proactively identify business and financial risks and develop alternatives or mitigants.
