Service Solution Sales Specialist
Prague, Czech Republic
This role combines service sales support, commercial activities, project coordination, and customer engagement within Huawei's ICT service business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Identify, qualify and manage ICT service sales opportunities.
Understand customer business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate Huawei service solutions.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, service offers and solution documentation.
Support project planning and coordinate activities with Delivery & Service teams.
Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops and solution presentations.
Review contracts, identify commercial and delivery risks, and support contract negotiations.
Cooperate closely with Account Managers, Presales Engineers, Product Managers and Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project profitability and contribute to commercial decision-making.
Build long-term customer relationships and support business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in Information Technology, Telecommunication, or related studies
Basic knowledge of telecommunication industry and first experiences would be an asset, but not mandatory
Interest in Telecommunications technologies and willingness to learn
Proactive and results-oriented approach with willingness to take ownership of tasks. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
Fluent Czech and English
