Service Solution Sales Specialist

Prague, Czech Republic

This role combines service sales support, commercial activities, project coordination, and customer engagement within Huawei's ICT service business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify, qualify and manage ICT service sales opportunities.

• Understand customer business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate Huawei service solutions.

• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, service offers and solution documentation.

• Support project planning and coordinate activities with Delivery & Service teams.

• Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops and solution presentations.

• Review contracts, identify commercial and delivery risks, and support contract negotiations.

• Cooperate closely with Account Managers, Presales Engineers, Product Managers and Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Monitor project profitability and contribute to commercial decision-making.

• Build long-term customer relationships and support business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in Information Technology, Telecommunication, or related studies

• Basic knowledge of telecommunication industry and first experiences would be an asset, but not mandatory

• Interest in Telecommunications technologies and willingness to learn

• Proactive and results-oriented approach with willingness to take ownership of tasks. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.

• Fluent Czech and English
