What you'll do
- Inspectors shall perform all inspection, testing and some repair tasks on fire alarm, sprinkler and security systems.
- Service technicians shall respond to scheduled and emergency service requests and perform in-depth trouble shooting, repair and/or replacement of system equipment.
- Fire Extinguisher and Kitchen Hood Service Technicians are also desired.
- Service Technicians will have the ability to program fire alarm systems or have experience with programing low voltage systems including fire alarm, nurse call, access control, security or CCTV.
- Frequently resolve problems through research of multiple alternatives.
- Communicate and effectively interact with other contractors and building owners.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.
- Assist customers on site with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Effectively communicate project status to management.
- Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required.

- Industry related NICET and/or state certification is preferred or obtain within one year of hire.

Overview
