Service Technician Location: On-site / Field-based (UK or Ireland – depending on assignment)Company: Crewit Resourcing Crewit Resourcing is currently recruiting an experienced Service Technician to join a well-established agricultural engineering operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys diagnostic work, repairs, and continuous technical development. Key Responsibilities Carry out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on agricultural machinery and equipment Perform pre-delivery inspections and machine setup Complete all job-related documentation and service reports accurately and on time Support and mentor junior technicians where required Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Work effectively as part of a busy workshop and mobile service team Requirements 3–5 years’ experience working in a busy workshop or service technician role Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills (agricultural machinery experience preferred) Comfortable using IT systems for reporting and diagnostics Good communication skills and a team-player attitude Ability to work independently and manage service tasks efficiently Ideally experience in Claas , Horsch, or JCB Training & Development Full manufacturer and product training will be provided Ongoing opportunities to develop technical and professional skills What’s on Offer Competitive salary package (based on experience) Long-term, stable role with strong career progression Supportive working environment with continuous training How to Apply If this role matches your experience and career goals, please apply through Crewit Resourcing with your CV.
