With 1,125 rooms and suites, four restaurants and three bars, a multifunctional Congress Center and Berlin's most successful live show “Stars in Concert”, the Estrel is Europe's largest hotel, congress and entertainment center. Ihre Aufgaben:
Begrüßung, Betreuung und Verabschiedung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
Beratung der Gäste
Erhalten von Ordnung und Sauberkeit
Á la Carte Service
Zubereitung von Mixgetränken und Bierzapfen
Ordnungsgemäße Lagerung und Bereitstellung von Getränken
Fachgerechte Nutzung nach Anforderungen HACCP
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Restaurantfach oder als Fachkraft im Gastgewerbe
Erfahrungen im Veranstaltungsservice
Souveränes und professionelles Auftreten
Selbständiges Arbeiten aber auch hohe Teamfähigkeit
Fachkompetenz und Flexibilität
Gute Deutschkenntnisse
