Job Description

ServiceNow Software Developer (6-9 Years)

Role Purpose

• Design, implement, integrate, and continuously enhance the ServiceNow-based digital shop platform.
• Combine deep ServiceNow development expertise with full-stack engineering and enterprise integration capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership within the Scrum team.
• Design secure, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Independently handle complex technical development tasks.
• Mentor and support developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and problem-solving.

Key Accountabilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
• Implement scalable solutions following ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop customer-facing functionalities, including:
  • Registration
  • Shopping experience
  • Checkout
  • Payment processing
  • Order management
  • Self-service capabilities
• Build and maintain integrations with:
  • SAP
  • Payment services
  • Customer master data systems
  • Other enterprise platforms
• Translate business and technical requirements into maintainable software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance within the Scrum team.
• Conduct technical analysis and contribute to solution design.
• Review code and technical implementations to ensure quality.
• Identify technical risks, platform limitations, and architectural concerns.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex issues.
• Ensure engineering quality across configuration, customization, integration, and deployment activities.
• Drive automation, CI/CD practices, and engineering standards.
• Provide Level-3 production support and defect resolution.
