What you'll do
- Pre-sales supports in analyzing customers' inquiries, understanding their needs and offering them technical solutions.
- Communicate with customers and collect information to understand their processes and applications.
- Use configure system to prepare the quotations for sales team based on the technical needs from customers.
- Prepare technical documents for bidding and clarify technical deviations with customers.
- Technical agreements examination to ensure final products full-fill customers' requirements.
- Provide technical supports to production and purchase departments.
- Support service dept. to analyze on-site problems and solve them on time to improve customers satisfaction.
- Utilize technical knowledge to provide rapid, accurate and efficient answers to customers and sales engineers.
- Provide technical suggestions to sales team to sell products or solutions which can meet the customers' needs.
- Coordinate the internal departments to make sure all products can be manufactured according to customers' requirements.
- Handle the special applications (such as oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, etc.), customized products & skid systems.
- Technical communication with German HQ and engineering dept. for special products design and innovation.

- At least 5 years working experience of pump product and technical support.

- Be familiar with API standards, like API 676 and EN standard, or ISO and ASME standards.
- Have participated in the execution of oil & gas and offshore EPC projects.

Position：Application Engineer- Oil&Gas
Responsibilities：

Requirements：
