Shift Engineer

As a Shift Engineer at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Maintenance team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include  

• Perform routine maintenance across all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. 

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and carry out minor repairs and adjustments as needed. 

• Monitor and inspect building systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and early identification of issues. 

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests, resolving issues to a high service standard. 

• Respond to emergencies and follow safety procedures to protect guests, staff, and property

Requirements

What You Bring:  

• Warm, professional and service-focused approach 

• Strong communication skills and a helpful, can-do attitude 

• Ability to stay calm and responsive while maintaining a high standard for guest comfort and safety 

• Previous experience as a Shift Engineer
