Initial FTC

Hellaby (Home of KP Nuts)

Shift pattern:

  • 44 weeks per year on a three-shift rotation (Days, Afters and Nights, 8-hour shifts)

  • Peak season (mid October to mid December): 24/7 shift pattern working a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off rotation across Days and Nights (12-hour shifts)

About the role

We're looking for a Shift Manager to lead our production operation and deliver safe, efficient and high-quality performance across their shift. You'll be accountable for people, plant, product and process performance, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and hygiene.

Acting as the first point of contact across the Site during your shift, you'll lead and develop colleagues, drive continuous improvement activities and minimise downtime through effective problem-solving and root cause analysis. Working within our Intersnack Working System (IWS) framework, you'll use lean manufacturing tools and Daily Management Systems to eliminate waste, improve performance and support operational excellence.
