SHIFTLEADER FRONT OFFICE

You are the point of contact for the Front Office within the hotel and, even more importantly, for our guests—and you clearly radiate this in everything you do! You provide them with all the information they need and assist them with a warm, welcoming smile. You ensure that room checks are carried out correctly to maintain the quality standards of the hotel. In addition, you motivate and coach your colleagues to deliver the top-level service our guests have come to expect.

By now, we have become a well‑known spot in Amsterdam-West. With eighteen floors, our hotel offers a spectacular view over the entire city. On the 17th floor, you’ll find Floor 17, where guests enjoy cocktails and dishes at a height of 85 meters. Our rooftop terrace hosts fun events such as movie nights, sports screenings and yoga sessions.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?

• You have at least 1 year of relevant work experience;

• You have experience leading a shift;

• You are solution-oriented and perform well under pressure;

• You are energized by leading a team and delivering the best possible service together;

• You are fluent in Dutch and English;

• A flexible work schedule is not a problem for you—you are also available on weekends and evenings;

• Experience with Opera is a plus.
