Position Overview:

Working an average of 44 hours per week in a shop and yard setting, you will be reporting to your supervisor. A shop labour's responsibilities focus on assisting mechanics as required, cleaning and organizing the shop and yard while maintaining safety and quality in every task. A shop labour performs physical tasks, working inside and outside in the elements in a team environment and around heavy equipment and trucks.

Job Description;

• Assist in all maintenance related work
• Support maintenance division to maximize efficiency and safety
• Clean equipment, shop, yard and tools
• Obtain parts from store
• Work setting varies to shop and field

 

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

•  Punctual, reliable, willing to listen and learn
• Open minded, ambitious, attentive, energetic and organized
• Valid drivers license preferred
