Welds and assembles metal components to effectively repair construction and support equipment
Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and specifications from the Engineering

Southland Holdings is seeking an experienced Shop Welder/Fabricator for our Burleson, TX Facility.

Duties:

• Welding pipe, templates, trench boxes, steel piles, welding related equipment repairs Welds and assembles metal components to effectively repair construction and support equipment.

• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and specifications from the Engineering

• Attend work on the schedule established by the employer and without excessive absenteeism.

• Fabricate new or replacement parts for all types of equipment and structural applications

• Assemble component parts using hand and small power tools.

• May change hoses, fittings, air valves, etc. as needed and cleanup work area daily.
