About this role
Job Title: Class 1 Shunter
Location: Rugby
Pay Rate: £18.60 to £30.00 p/h
Shifts: 4 on 4 off - 06:00 - 18:00 or 18:00 06:00
Experience: 12 months Class 1 is essential
Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for part time Class 1 Shunters in Rugby to work with our client, who is one of the UK's leading supermarket chains.

About you:
You will have your Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience driving commercially or shunting. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and be able to monitor and keep your working hours accordingly.
You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.

- Move & position vehicles around the yard
- Coupling & uncoupling trailers
- Some minor vehicle maintenance
