About this role

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled Shuttering Framework Technician to join our construction team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and dismantling of shuttering systems used in concrete construction. Your expertise in framework techniques and attention to detail will ensure that all structures are built to exact specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and plans to understand shuttering requirements for various construction projects.
  • Assemble and install shuttering systems, ensuring proper alignment, support, and stability during concrete pouring.
  • Dismantle shuttering frameworks post-construction and secure reusable materials for future projects.
  • Conduct quality checks on frameworks to ensure they meet safety and structural integrity standards.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate timelines and workflow efficiently.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety regulations at all times.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and techniques for shuttering and concrete construction.
  • Participate in site meetings and contribute to project planning discussions as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in construction or framework is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Shuttering Framework Technician or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of shuttering systems, materials, and construction methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
  • Good physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
