What you'll do
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

- Contribute to user training materials, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience working within public sector or regulated environments.

About The Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support the delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, from requirements gathering through implementation and user adoption.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and Architects to understand business needs, document requirements, and help translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. You will also support testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities across the project lifecycle.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Salesforce Business Analysis or Functional Consulting who are looking to grow their solution design, stakeholder management, and delivery skills on enterprise-scale projects.
Job Description
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

Job Requirements
Must Have

- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator and/or Platform App Builder.
