What you'll do
- Lead and manage the overall execution of MEP works for data centre design and build projects from design development to commissioning and handover.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies to ensure timely completion of works.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and performance to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize project delays or cost overruns.
- Coordinate closely with design consultants, engineers, and internal teams to ensure MEP design complies with project requirements, local codes, and data centre standards.
- Review and manage MEP design drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
- Manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered according to contract requirements and project schedule.
- Review subcontractor submissions, method statements, and technical proposals.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical power distribution, UPS, generators, fire protection, and BMS systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans
- Ensure all works comply with Singapore regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years experience in construction or electrical engineering, preferably in Construction industry
- Proven experience managing MEP works in design and build projects
- Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure such as HVAC systems, electrical distribution, UPS, generators, cooling systems, fire protection, and BMS
- Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and work under tight project timelines
