About the Role

JGL is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Agent to lead the delivery of a key civil engineering project in Luton. The successful candidate will oversee all site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role offers the opportunity to manage challenging groundwork, piling, and reinforced concrete construction works while leading site teams and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of all site activities.

  • Lead site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with design specifications and programme requirements.

  • Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
